My First Time (28) Views

Still got no mojo to write anything. No Time No Blog (102) Views

Wow, been a while since I left any words here.Life's been good! Been enjoying my runs and workouts with CardioTrainer although I'm not so liking the GPS' inaccuracies but I always have a backup plan, right :) I have already ran two 10kms and my personal best is 1:11:30. New Toy (73) Views

Got myself an Android phone several weeks ago and with that, I downloaded an app called Cardio Trainer that has been tracking my workouts and progress. I like it, but not so much - it's not very accurate especially with the distance. For example, I ran 8.2km today but it said I ran 9km... Sigh. So I still have to depend on mapometer at times, even when CT's GPS tracks the route correctly, but it shows me jumping and going zig-zag, especially on routes I repeat. Yet, I love that at every minut...

Today I ran a slow and relaxing 6.35km in 47 mins, the furthest since who knows when :P Weather was really warm and sunny at 8am. Earned some unwanted tan lines *sigh*Hope to hit 8 or maybe even 9km next month.Long runs make me hungry all the time *sigh* Wish eating wasn't so much of a hassle...

I dunno where to begin. But first let me say that I've lost at least another 600g since the last weigh-in (of 55.2kg), and I am now 54.6kg <-- and that's with clothes on, had something to drink, pre-workout meal and hours after I had woken up!! Managed to workout at 9pm, an hour after breaking fast, a few times. Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, but it was only 20 mins of Jillian's 30 Day Shred each time. So I did two weeks of MTC and then a week and a half of running, and both my legs are SORE! Funny how strength training makes me hungry all the time. And when I switched back to running, I don't care much for food.Yesterday was my last 8km run. It's Friday. Usually on Fridays, I slowly let myself go.
